Pre-order deposits

All pre-orders are fully refundable until your LAVOIE escooter is dispatched to you. To ask for a refund on your pre-order, get in touch with our support team. Your escooter will then be attributed to the next person in the queue. Your spot in the queue cannot be restored after a refund. If you change your mind, and would like to place your pre-order again, your spot in the queue will be attributed as per a new order.


We offer a 30-day return policy, as described in our terms and conditions. Once you receive your escooter, you have 30 days to try, and return it to us if you change your mind. Our team will inspect it once received, and if no damage is found, will issue a full refund. Please take care of your LAVOIE product as we will not be able to fully refund damaged items.

How does it work?

Order your LAVOIE, receive and unpack it. Get on your first rides and unfold your world! If within 30 days of your delivery, you are not confident it fits your needs, you can get in touch with us and we will assist in getting your LAVOIE back to our team. This will involve having you return it yourself, or repackaging and shipping it back to our relevant service center. Shipping fees for returns are at your expense. Once we receive it, our team will inspect it and issue the refund accordingly.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Usually, it will take 3 to 5 business days to conduct the inspection of your returned unit. Once we issue the refund, it should be in your account within 2 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
